Answer

The best way to locate the University Libraries' list of publications relating specifically to South Dakota is to search the Libraries' online catalog. Go to www.usd.edu/library. In the middle of the page, you will find a tab labeled "Books and More" where you can search the Online Catalog for the titles of books on South Dakota history, peoples etc. that are in the University Libraries' collection.

On the Libraries' homepage, you also may want to click on the tab labeled "Research Guides." In the search box, type "History of South Dakota." In the History of South Dakota Research Guide, there is a tab labeled "Beginning Your Research." On that page is a sample list of books relating to South Dakota history.
