Answer

To receive your USD username, use this link:

https://usd-web.usd.edu/accounts/pickup/index.cfm/login/login?CFID=385409333&CFTOKEN=81280132&jsessionid=f0303f5895e41f0d667d64a2a62757f26103

To reset your password, use this link:

https://usd-web.usd.edu/accounts/reset/index.cfm/reset/index

Please reset your password and make it a completely new password that you’ve never used before.  And make it with only Upper Case and Lower Case letters and Numbers.

Example:                             MyN3wPa55

Do not use any odd characters like:

!@#$%^&*()_+{}|[]\;’:”<>?./

After you have changed your password please try to log into the Library research database again.
