Begin your research on the library home page

Click on the Databases tab on the black bar in the middle of the page. You can narrow your subject area using the drop down box to Health and Medicine or Business, for example. I am guessing that your topic has something to do with healthcare management or administration. A good starting point may be the CINAHL database or the Business Source Premiere database. Use search terms that relate to your topic, such as healthcare managment, and then add more specific terms about what you are hoping to find, like:

Healthcare management AND budget (or cost)

or

Healthcare management AND tools

or

Healthcare administration AND personnel (or hiring)

When you find an article that looks good and you want others just like it, utilize some of the subject terms listed at the bottom of the article abstract to help guide further searches.
