First, you don't have to login to use One Search. However, logging in affords fuller research results, as well as the ability to renew books, etc.

If you do login, make sure you are logging with your full email address: firstname.lastname@usd.edu

Sometimes the system undergoes updates, and does weird things. In this case, please use the journal/ebooks tab to look for your specific journal, and then find the specific article in your journal.
