When searching for a journal, yes, if you use the Journal/ebook Search which is linked from the library page, it will tell you what we have access to, and provide you with the link to online if available.  If it was available in print, it would say "JOURNALS / 2ND FLOOR". You are correct, the title you are looking for and years 1987-1996 are not available in print at USD.

Not all searches are perfect, so you could double check the library catalog to find out if we had something in print if it didn't show in the online journals search.
