Ms. Briggs, I and everyone else in this building know EXACTLY how you feel!  More than that, all of us feel for USD students especially during finals week.  My understanding is that Physical Plant has "jurisdiction" on this issue.  Hope everything turms out well in spite of this.  Thank you.
